Ggraduated from the Omsk State University Department of Mathematics in 1997, speciality of "Applied Mathematics", specialization "Artificial Intelligence Systems." MBA at the Antwerpen University in 2001. Worked at the Research Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics SB RAS in the 90-ties. Since 2003 - IT-director, board member of the investment corporation Agrico (included in the Forbes Russia rating).
In 2004, created from scratch the company «Aero Solutions» (Russia's first RFID-integrator), in 2007 sold to Systematica LTD, and in 2010 entered into a joint project with the RFID-corporation "Rosnano". Currently, leads several projects in the field of technologies and innovations.
Dr. Sergey Dudnikov (Project Coordinator and Team Leader), Director, PhD in Physics, is proficient in information technology, methodology and computer simulation in the field of electric power engineering and has extensive knowledge of expert systems, applied fields of mechanical engineering (including fluid dynamics), and microelectronics. He has published more than 20 scientific papers and owns more than 10 patents in several fields of engineering and technology. The most recent relevant publication is ”Global Optimization for Automatic Design of Electric Motors” by V. Chernenko, S. Doudnikov, H. S. Kim, V. Kuznetsov, S. Shapovalov and M. Vaganov, // Computational Intelligence for Modelling, Control & Automation (CIMCA?99), IOS Press, ed. M. Mohammadian, pp. 29-36. He has a successful experience in participation in EC-funded project IST-2001-38861, playing there the role of Chief Scientific Officer. He served as official expertevaluator in the EC FP6 and at INTAS. He also has experience in coordination of several business projects within companies of different scale (LG Electronics, Aero Solutions Ltd, Systematica Ltd).
Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences and author of over 40 scientific publications. He worked as head of scientific staff, deputy project coordinator and project coordinator in more than a decade of international research consortia involving Russian research groups in the European Framework Programmes. Specialist in the field of mathematical physics, mathematical modeling of physical processes and management of international scientific and technological projects and programs. In 1995-2004 group leader and senior manager of the International Solvay Institute for Physics and Chemistry (Brussels, Belgium). In the years 2005-2009 - scientific consultant and coordinator of the advisory council (Scientific Officer) in mathematics, physics and information technology in the INTAS (International Association for the support of scientific cooperation with scientists from the former Soviet Union, Brussels, Belgium). In this capacity, engaged in the formulation of conditions of international science and technology projects tenders, administration of the assessment process, monitoring of ongoing projects. Since 2009 - Senior Consultant of Oxford Co., Ltd. on the preparation of project proposals for European grants and project management.
